Our 7-Step OEM/ODM Process
- Send Your Design — Share drawings, CAD files, reference images, or product requirements via email or our inquiry form. We accept PDF, DWG, STEP, and image formats.
- Technical Review — Our engineering team reviews your design for material optimization, structural integrity, and manufacturing feasibility. We provide feedback within 48 hours.
- Prototype Development — We build a physical prototype for your approval. Typical prototype lead time: 7-14 days depending on complexity.
- Sample Approval — We ship the sample to your location. You inspect quality, dimensions, finish, and packaging. Revisions are included at no extra cost.
- Production — After sample approval and deposit confirmation, we begin full-scale manufacturing. Lead time: 30-45 days. Real-time production updates provided.
- Quality Inspection — 3-stage AQL inspection (incoming, in-process, pre-shipment) ensures every piece meets your specifications.
- Packaging & Shipment — Custom packaging design, container loading optimization, and complete export documentation. FOB, CIF, and DDP terms available.

Payment Terms
- Sample: Paid samples, cost refunded on first bulk order
- Production: 30% T/T deposit, 70% against copy of B/L
- Large Orders: Irrevocable L/C at sight accepted
